I plan on using this activity/craft during the “All About Me”, “Friends and Family”, “Community Helpers” week.

“All About Me”: Would be more of a focus on making a “self portrait.”

“Friends and Family”: Would have more of a focus on creating a “portrait” of their friends or family.

“Community Helpers”: Would have a focus on making a “portrait” of a helper in the community (ie: fireman, postman, hospital worker).

Materials needed:

• White paper: cutout a person shape (stack of papers to cut out multiples all at once).
• Coloring media (not limited to): Watercolors, acrylic paint, markers, crayons, liquid watercolors.
